王吉梅，女，重庆市渝北区人，法轮功学员。
2021年6月23日，王吉梅被捕，被关押在渝北区看守所。
2022年8月得知，她被江北区法院判刑2年，罪名不详，关押在重庆市女子监狱，刑期至：2023年6月22日。
