王亮，山东省淄博市张店区人，法轮功学员。
因传播法轮功曾入狱10年。
2016年3月，他再次被抓捕，后被判刑7年6个月，罪名不详，在山东省监狱十一监区遭遇酷刑，刑期至：2023年9月。
