林立盛，1958年出生，广东省茂名市人，法轮功学员。
2021年6月27日，警察抓捕了林立盛。
2022年12月23日，茂南区法院对林立盛判刑3年，罚金1万元，罪名及关押地点不详，刑期至：2024年6月26日。
